- Examples of Personal Information collected: name, email address, phone number, order number, and any additional details you provide during customer service interactions.
- Purpose of collection: to provide customer support and respond to your inquiries.
- Source of collection: collected from you.
- Disclosure for a business purpose: shared with our customer support tools and ticketing systems, including Shopify's built-in support features and any connected email service platforms used by Electra.
Minors
The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not intentionally collect Personal Information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us at support@electra.com.gy to request deletion.
Sharing Personal Information
We share your Personal Information with service providers to help us provide our services and fulfill our contracts with you, as described above. For example:
